Delivery Times

In-stock items will be despatched within 24hrs. Made to order are dispatch within 2 days of the order being completed.

Proof of postage is obtained for every order. Please note that Royal Mail does not class a package as lost until 10 days after the expected delivery date has passed. Once this date has passed a replacement will be made and sent to you. Refunds will not be issued for the lost item(s) unless a replacement is not available. 

Returns and Refunds

I hope that you love your purchase, but if for any reason you don't please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. Items eligible for return should be returned within 14 days of the returns confirmation email.

It is important to note custom/made to measure/ bespoke items are exempt from the distance selling regulations and my returns policy and you cannot return them unless they are faulty. If your item is faulty I will refund or replace it. If I need you to send the faulty item back to me I will reimburse your return postage costs once I have the item back with me.

 

If you want to return something for another reason you are welcome to exchange the items for something else or request a refund. Unless the item is faulty, you are required to pay the return postage yourself. Please make sure that the item is unworn and unwashed. Once we have received your returned purchase, we will refund the price of your purchase to the original card details or method of payment within 14 working days. Any item showing signs of wash and wear will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.

Terms & Conditions of Purchase​

1 - Payments may be made securely by card via PayPal on the website or by cash or card in person. 

2 - Delivery is via royal mail see above.

4 - All goods remain the property of one foot down a rabbit hole until full payment is made. I reserve the right to refuse to supply goods. I reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order. 

5- Most items are hand made to order, at present, there is a 1-week turnaround but in peak times there could be a wait of up to 2 weeks for dispatch, please message us if you wish to know the current lead times. Turn around times are from payment to dispatch and do not include postage times. 

6 - Made to order and made to measure items are exempt from refund or exchange unless faulty by the fault of one foot down a rabbit hole
