Just me! As sole seamstress, photographer, manager, coffee girl, and admin for One Foot Down a Rabbit Hole, I am the only one who ever has access to your information, and I never, pass this on to anyone else.

How I use your information

 

Information gathered is required to provide you with the best service and in particular for; replying to requested information; to provide products and services; internal record keeping; signing up to blogs or newsletters or promotional offers.

 

How I store information

 

I keep an electronic spreadsheet of all customers and those who are on my pre-order list. This is held on my password-protected computer. Any information written down on paper at fairs is transferred to my electronic spreadsheet, as mentioned above, and then the original paper file destroyed.

 

I keep this spreadsheet solely for accounting and tax purposes (HMRC requires me to keep all sales records for at least 6 years.)

Sharing with Third parties

We will not sell, distribute your information to third parties unless we have your permission via signed contract or are required to do so by law.

Accessing your personal information

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the GDPR. Data retention.

We will keep your information as long as is needed to provide you with our services and longer where needed for example if legally obligated or as needed to protect our own legitimate interests. We are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed. Your information we use for marketing purposes will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.
